This is easily the most polarizing fragrance of the collection. It is so densely saturated in animal ingredients that it somehow defies gravity and a single spray can project across rooms and stay on a test strip for days. “Jasmine and cocoa seduction” marketing language aside, this fragrance was really inspired by an Indian market. I spent over a year developing the realistic “Nag Champa style” incense accord at the heart of this fragrance. Beneath the incense, cocoa and musk there is a bay leaf heavy spice accord that lasts with the oud and cedar well into the dry down.
