Where are you based?

We are based in the Finger Lakes region of central New York State. All orders ship from our production facility in Canandaigua. 

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship worldwide (with very few exceptions) via DHL Express, and UPS. All of our shipments are tracked. Some packages will be shipped in CONUS with USPS. If you are able to place an order on our website we ship to your country. If you are not able to place an order, we suggest utilizing one of our official retail partners.

Are your perfumes all-natural?

Many of our perfumes are all-natural, many are not. We prioritize disclosure and transparency in material usage: If synthetic materials are utilized we always disclose this information in product descriptions.

Are your perfumes vegan?

Rarely. We utilize many natural animal musks in several of our compositions. We do our best to source all of our materials ethically and responsibly.

Are your perfumes IFRA compliant?

Sometimes. USA based companies are not beholden to the often arbitrary policies of IFRA. We do, however, believe in and advocate for consumer safety. As such, all use of synthetic materials comply with current iterations of IFRA guidelines (nitro-musks excluded.) We utilize high-quality, natural materials in quantity, and advise anyone with allergies or skin sensitivity to test any perfume on a small, less-sensitive area of skin before application.
